Companies depend more on their workforce than just suitable facilities and advanced equipment to achieve goals. To organizational goals, human resources - particularly employees play an important role. This study aims explain how the relationship between work motivation, compensation, employee performance; these factors affect which component has most influence performance. A total of 35 were involved in this study. The method used was sampling method. collect information, surveys interviews conducted. Scale range multiple linear regression as analytical techniques assess validate research hypotheses. Employee performance a positive impact company. same results also show that motivation compensation have effect success company, increases when incentives are improved. implies
